Thriving at School: Confidence and Calm for Students & Parents

As a clinical psychologist and a mother, I understand the hopes and worries parents carry. I work with youths, students, and their caregivers to ease exam stress and strengthen relationships, while helping youths discover their values and sense of purpose in this academic journey.

1. Exam stress, academic transitions and growing-up challenges

  • Who it’s for: Students from upper primary to university who experience anxiety, perfectionism, or school-related burnout.

  • How it helps:

    • Weekly individual sessions using CBT, ACT, and mindfulness

    • Structured 8-Session Exam Resilience Group Program that teaches coping skills, sleep hygiene, and confidence-building techniques

    • Support for transitions such as O/A-Levels, IB, and university entry.

2. Parent & Caregiver Support

  • Who it’s for: Parents and caregivers seeking practical strategies to help their children manage stress and build healthy relationships.

  • How it helps:

    • Parent coaching sessions

    • Workshops on fostering resilience in youths and creating supportive parent-child relationships

3. School Programs

  • Talks, teacher trainings, and small-group interventions tailored to exam-period stress
